At Bangor University, we are pleased to offer; by; :; All content will be delivered online and through distance learning methods.; The MA in Medical and Health Professions' Education aims to promote excellence in contemporary medical and health professions education (MHPE) for academics, clinicians, and support staff responsible for educating health care professionals from any discipline or level.; The course is practice based and theoretically grounded. It will provide you with the knowledge, skills and competencies relating to MHPE in both the university and clinical context, enabling you to improve your teaching practice and develop a reflective, critical, and theoretical approach to planning, delivering, and evaluating your learners' educational experiences.; The course has been thoughtfully designed as a flexible, interprofessional course to meet the development needs of educators at all stages of their career, with exit points at Certificate and Diploma levels as well as the full masters.; To acknowledge medical and health professionals’ work and other commitments, this Masters’ programme is designed as a three year, part-time, distance learning programme to provide the most flexibility to combine work and study.; The course combines high quality online interactive workshops with self-directed study, supported by tutorials, individualised feedback on activities and assignments and one-to-one meetings.
