Teaching themes of engineering management, entrepreneurship and machine learning complement the technical education, ensuring graduates are well-rounded and equipped to thrive in the modern engineering landscape.Students have access to state-of-the-art facilities, including the electronics, mechatronics and communications laboratories, equipped with digital image processing equipment, software defined radios, drones, professional network measurement equipment, industry standard software, an RF anechoic chamber for antenna testing, as well as the Centre for Renewable Energy Systems Technology (CREST). During the summer, students may have the opportunity to participate in micro-placement projects arranged with industrial partners and alumni, providing hands-on practical experience on relevant MSc projects.
