If you want to build your knowledge and experience of international business and human resource management (HRM) for your career as a future business leader, then this course is for you. You gain an understanding of the complex and changing context of HRM, and the importance of organisational culture, resilience and sustainability in turbulent business environments in an international context. You develop an awareness of contemporary HRM issues in readiness for being a future-thinking practitioner with cutting-edge knowledge of human resource developments. You develop your understanding of strategic and change management alongside cross-cultural and international aspects of business. You reflect on the main functional areas of international business and integrate theoretical knowledge with practical enterprise skills in a global context as well as developing strategic thinking in human resource management.
