The PhD Brain-Computer Music Interface programme is delivered through the Interdisciplinary Centre for Computer Music Research (ICCMR) in collaboration with the Brain Research & Imaging Centre (BRIC). ICCMR is well-known for championing research in this field and BRIC is the most advanced multi-modal brain imaging facility in the South West of the United Kingdom. Students will have access to ICCMR and BRICS research laboratories, and the opportunity to work with leading experts in music technology, artificial intelligence and neuroscience.The University of Plymouth is a world pioneer of the field of Brain-Computer Music Interfacing (BCMI). It offers unparalleled support for research in this truly interdisciplinary field, combining music, electronic engineering, neuroscience and brain imaging.Duration:- Full time: 2-4 years, Part time: 4-8 years
