Landscape Design, Planning and Management MA

This research-led, one-year course focuses on developing academic knowledge related to advanced landscape specialisms. It's aimed at students who already have a relevant academic or professional background. You’ll explore different aspects of the discipline, learn advanced academic and professional skills, and write a dissertation on a landscape topic that matters to you. Our end-of-year exhibition and close industry links give you opportunities to present your work to prospective employers. The content of our courses is reviewed annually to make sure it's up-to-date and relevant. Individual modules are occasionally updated or withdrawn. This is in response to discoveries through our world-leading research; funding changes; professional accreditation requirements; student or employer feedback; outcomes of reviews; and variations in staff or student numbers. In the event of any change we will inform students and take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
