The lecturers here go at a very quick pace - I find it too fast along with a lot of my peers. I find I learn more at home going at my own pace. All of the campuses are over populated. There are no clubs or societies here - they simply do not exsist. There is no student union here you have to go to UCL for that. read full review

The course itself is great the lecturers themselves not so much. I have one class where we read the papers then discuss them but we get no guidance - there is never a right or a wrong. We need more computer rooms and the library needs to open 24 hours. A lot of free rooms here get booked and then not used. I'm planning on studying for an MA in medicine on graduation. read full review

I have found my time here to be exactly what I was hoping for. The course is rich and interesting and delivered in a good manner. London is just so expensive but we do have some great free facilities being part of ULU. There is no drama club here which I was very disappointed at when I started and to be honest there aren't much to choose from. read full review

Some of the lecturers are good at the subject they know but are not well versed in the actual teaching of it. London is an amazing place to study. I don't know much about the clubs and societies or even the studnt union here which in itslef says a lot. I am hopeful of a job having studied here at Birbeck. read full review

I have had a great time here and the course is great not so much in the third year. I have found the lecturers to be rather snobbish and have trouble in motivating us. London is a very expensive place to study. The computers are never free and people leave their stuff their and walk off - Birbeck needs to stop this from happening. read full review

The course and lecturers are good and it is opening my eyes. I do find that the lecturers are guilty of just reading off slides at times - if that is the case I could just learn all of this at home. Also it is difficult to get access to notes from the lessons. London is just too expensive for any student. read full review

The lecturers are very responsive to us here at Birbeck. They are flexible when it comes to handing assignments in - understanding that most of us have work to contend with too. I hate it here in London - it is way too expensive and not a good place to study. I have found the student union to be no help whatsoever. read full review

The lecturers really know the topics. We are taught stuff not just what is on the sylabus. We need more outside class help and one-on-one tuition. I live in Great Portland Street sudent housing and it is so noisy. There is a lot in the program. Birbeck need to add an internship and volenteering scheme which inturn will help us get a job on graduating. read full review
