Education studies

UNIVERSITY OF WINCHESTER

We get a helpful and friendly service from lecturers. The accommodation is very clean with friendly staff and welcoming students. The best thing to do in the city is shopping, exploring, and having an evening out. There could be more parking spaces at the University otherwise it's perfect. The students union provides a great variety of activities as well as placing students safety as priority. Overall it's a wonderful university with pleasant and helpful staff. read full review

Choreography and dance

UNIVERSITY OF WINCHESTER

Student Reviewer - February 2015

The best thing about my course is the distraction and the opportunity to explore yourself and work through and towards things. The accommodation was great but the house fell apart a bit. Good value though. It has its ups and downs as is life. Great uni, poor location #hatehills read full review

Education studies is thought provoking and welcoming. Creative writing is sometimes subjective but good. The accommodation has left me with very low incomes for books, food etc the great homes and friendly landlords. The uni facilities are quite good. Could do with the common room for other years to socialise. wide range of clubs and societies but joined to find I couldn't afford to continue. My course is interesting that may not appeal to employers suggestions welcome! Overall great lecturers and like-minded people. Nice enough place. read full review

Law

UNIVERSITY OF WINCHESTER

Student Reviewer - February 2015

I enjoy learning about the law, forming my own opinions and having those opinions challenged. Do you need facilities for commuting students could be improved. I don't really know much about what the students union do. I enjoy coming to university but would prefer more assistance from tutors on assessments and helpful facilities for commuters. read full review
My course is challenging, interactive, discussions uses YouTube, Podcasts, articles and chapters in books so it's very diverse. I stay in Queens holes which are clean and very nice. They should have meatless Mondays in the food hall. Overall it's been a good experience and I would recommend the University of Winchester read full review
