Postgraduate Reviews of Courses at Lancaster University

Englush Language

LANCASTER UNIVERSITY

Student Reviewer - February 2015

I've had a fab three years at this university and absolutely love my department (linguistics and english language) they have made the course enjoyable and all the staff are welcoming and approachable! I'm not sure all departments are as great as mine as I had a bad experience with the foreign languages department. However the LAEL department has been amazing and I would recommend studying English language and linguistics here to anyone. read full review

Very useful library resources. The learning zone is quite a good place for interactive studying while the study zone or library is good for quiet study. However, the work load on students might be too much considering the time frame given. read full review
