The course is good, we have lots of teaching placements, i can't comment on the accomodation as I live at home in Manchester, but the city here looks nice enough. The university facilities are good, but we need a bigger car park and more computers. I am not part of any clubs and societies, but we have lots. The student support services are brilliant, we have a job help centre, careers support, assignment support. Good library services and supportive tutors too. We have lots of prospects on my course. I would recommend my uni. read full review

My course has fantastic modules, and really informative tutors. It is hands on and I like the practical aspect of it. The night life here is suprisingly good for a small town. I don't live in student accommodation so I can't comment on how they are. The union do lots of nights out, there are always chances to meet people. read full review

5/5 overall. I have enjoyed my course, and I have good careers prospects. The town of Ormskirk hasn't got a great night life - but has lots of cafes and bars. I don't know about accommodation as I have lived at home. read full review

I love it! SO glad I came here. I wouldn't change it the only thing I would say it to save as much money as possible, and I would change the fact my flat mates go home every weekend. That makes weekend quite - but good for deadlines. The production module is my fav and the lecturerse are good, the facilities are great and we have lots of new facilities and lots of help from support services. My accommodation is amazing. read full review

I have made lots of friends here, and I have really loved my time on my course so far. It has been overall amazing! The student support services have been really great regarding my Dyslexia. and job prospects look great after I graduate. University facilities are great too, lots of Macs and PCs available for use. read full review

It is a good university , improvements needed on the course though, but it is a good experience and I have met lots of amazing friends and people. Other courses are good, this one however is very unorganized and has been for the whole 3 years. some tutors help, others just do nothing. There is not enough houses for 2nd and 3rd years to live in, but the accommodation on campus is nice but expensive but good value. Everything you need is on campus here. read full review

The placements are good, although the organization of them are horrid and disorganized. But there is lots of careers guidance and jobs help at the university. I live at home, and am not part of any clubs/societies and I don't know much about the city, but the university is recommended :). read full review

I've had an overall great experience, and I like the wide range of topics on my course. The accommodation is great as it has good cleaning staff, and a mini fridge and TV is provided. The Gym is great here and the student's union is also good, but they could put on more events. Dyslexia help, financial aid and learning services are also provided as student support read full review
