The Lectures are tailored to the needs of students and they are based on relevant up to date information. The tutors are supportive, kind and professional too! After being at Edge Hill for 5 years I am very happy that this is my Univeristy, the facilities are good but improvements such as more resources, computers- toilets and tea or coffee machines in the 24hr building would be an improvement. I am really enjoying EHU there no problems so far :). All the practical and hands on work we complete in the lab etc are the best things about my course. My accomodation is new in the last 3 years and it’s high quaity. I also live in a quiet area so noise is minimal. We have very good facilities on campus, but having lounge areas in my accommodation would be an improvement. EHU also provide financial, child care, basic language, literary skill, disability and counseling support all readily available at the SIC read full review

I have had a valuable experience, it has been enjoyable and I have felt comfortable and supported. The best thing about my course is the wide range of topics covered, however the accomodations is not great but is acceptable. The bills are not included so works out more expensive, and it is quite cold and damp. Facilities are good, but food is quite expensive and I could use more drink machines and a 24hr library more often. There is also good range of support provided here such, emotional and financial, although it could be more accessible read full review

Overall it's enjoyable, interesting and I've had a great experience. My Criminology course is also interesting and the lecturers are friendly. The accomoadation is good value for money and has no problem, I've met some great friends. Omskirk is a quiet place with a few clubs but Liverpool isn't too far and is great for shopping, although shops on campus can be improved by having a few more offers on items provided. The Student Union is lively, there is always something happening and they are very supportive. read full review
