University of Kent is an amazing place to study. it has a very warm and welcoming environment and feels like a second home. There are lot of places to be around in campus. They have a lot of events every week. there are many societies as well which helps to make friends and socialize really fast.

The only draw back is that the there is nothing much around the campus. the town which is close by is a small small so this makes option for shopping very limited. apart from that the place is amazing and very historic. the ambience is very calm and amazing place for sightseeing read full review

What makes it great is the availability and ease of access of study materials from soft copies to hard copies, and this is accompanied by different study hubs to suit preferability of students. They also have the coffee shop available and this make the study experience more open for inclusive study interventions. The also have the computerised systems to help find for books easily in the library.

What can be improved is opening the coffee shop 24/7 or alternatively have coffee machines available for stude ts to help themselves at the cost of course.

The best thing about University of Kent is that the support is always available. They keep you engaged and interact with you regularly even just after you have applied for admission. Moreover, small groups of roughly 10 students are made for course seminar and PC class happening every week, that help you grab the concept fully. The only problem is small number of part time job availability. read full review

The University has excellent facilities that support learning such as the library, IT and sporting facilities. I have observed that there are regular student activities to encourage networking and positive social lives. My interactions with the staff have also been wonderful as most of them are ready to help.
So far, funding for research students are limited and this is an area that should be improved upon. read full review

The campus is beautiful - modern facilities dotted across Kent countryside and woodlands. I love watching the campus bunnies and squirrels skipping across the footpath as I walk from the car park to my lab. It's in a great location, not in the centre of the town but reachable via the unibuses that come onto campus every few minutes. I love that it's a semi-rural campus and that unlike other campuses, every building is on the same site. You often don't get that with urban based campuses. And of course, the view of Canterbury cathedral from just about anywhere on campus is stunning.

There is so much to do (not that I get a lot of time to take part as a part time student with children!) and so many clubs, societies and interest groups to join. There is literally something for everyone. The student union do a great job of managing course reps (so students voices are heard) and providing various facilities around campus such as cafes, shops, nightclub, etc.

I've loved every minute of studying here and don't want to leave! Hopefully someone will offer me a job here once I've finished my studies... read full review
