Postgraduate Reviews of Courses at University of Greenwich

Uni forced me to manage my time, my deadlines, and my personal life all at once. That independence taught me discipline, self-motivation, and how to balance work with life skills that I now use every day.

Living costs, commuting, and general expenses could be stressful at times, and managing finances while studying wasn’t always easy. But it helped me build budgeting discipline and financial awareness. read full review

The University of Greenwich Medway Campus is a great place to study—quiet, friendly, and very student-focused. The campus has modern facilities, supportive lecturers, and a peaceful atmosphere that helps you concentrate. Plus, it’s beautifully located near the river with lots of green space. A really welcoming place overall! read full review

The support system we get could be better, not in terms of health and wellbeing, because that is great, but in terms of any financial and learning related questions read full review
The University of Greenwich Medway Campus is a great place to study because it offers excellent modern facilities like advanced labs and the Drill Hall Library, has a historic and attractive campus environment with green spaces and waterfront areas, and provides a supportive student community with strong student-union activities and convenient student accommodation options nearby. read full review
My experience at the University of Greenwich has been very positive so far. The best thing for me is the support from lecturers and staff. They are easy to approach and genuinely want students to succeed. The campus has a friendly atmosphere and the resources, especially the library and online materials, are very helpful for my studies. I also like that there are many workshops, events and opportunities to meet other students which makes the university feel active and welcoming.
If I mention something that could be improved, it would be the communication around some processes such as timetable updates or booking support services. Sometimes information arrives a bit late and it can be confusing for new students. Apart from that, my overall experience has been very good and I feel that the university provides a supportive environment for learning and personal development. read full review

UNIVERSITY OF GREENWICH

Pankajkumar - December 2025

The best aspects of my uni experience are the lecturers who genuinely want students to succeed and the hands-on teaching style that connects theory with real industry practice. The campus environment, library resources, and diverse student community also make it a great place to study.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be more streamlined communication from administrative departments and quicker responses when students need help with processes such as fees, documents, and academic queries. read full review
The best part of my experience at the University of Greenwich has been the supportive learning environment and inclusive community. Lecturers are approachable, helpful, and genuinely invested in students’ success, and the diverse student body makes the campus feel welcoming. The beautiful campus, good facilities, and useful academic support services have also made my studies more enjoyable.

However, there are areas for improvement. The tuition payment plan can feel rigid and unencouraging, especially for students from low-income backgrounds. More flexible instalment options or clearer communication would greatly reduce financial pressure. Some administrative process, such as responding to queries, can also be slow or unclear, and more practical learning opportunities would enhance the overall experience.

Overall, the University of Greenwich is a great place to study because of its supportive staff, diversity, and strong student resources, but improvements to the payment plan and administrative systems would make it even better. read full review
