Postgraduate Reviews of Courses at University of Stirling

good university, but a boring place, and hard to find a part-time job. read full review
Stunning campus and lovely lecturers. But kind of in the middle of nowhere! read full review
Good for UK students, but not the place for non-European International students. Definitely not for Asians. It starts with politeness which makes one believe in good things. However soon it turns into passive aggression. Theres smart discrimination in matters of opportunities. They would be more polite while discriminating. There would be a pretence of support without any meaningful help. Thank god I am not a muslim, it could have been worse. Most students realise it late and its too embaressing to confess with friends and family at home that they paid so much for a bad choice and humiliation. As per seniors, the drgree has no value for non-European students as it doesnt get them a job in the field of study. I also tried to verify it from others. But yes, if one is in sports and a UK student, its a great place. Mental health services are good and they take care of students as otherwise University makes life difficult for Intenrnation students. The place can be improved if non-European Internation students dont enrol. It would be a win win situation for all. I am waiting to get out. read full review

My University has all kinds of facilities, the beauty of Loch is worth seeing and it is very good. The timetable schedule of classes is also very well made. Academic helpers like workshops, seminar are so pleasing.
but perhaps we are not taught that much about how to do assignments and write references.
also we were given one day's time between coming to the student accommodation and the start of classes. which I found wrong. read full review

It's an amalgamation of academics and extracurricular activities, which helps students pursue their career goals as well as have fun along the way while learning life skills.

They could start offering even more diverse collection of courses. read full review
