Postgraduate Reviews of Courses at University of Stirling

My University has all kinds of facilities, the beauty of Loch is worth seeing and it is very good. The timetable schedule of classes is also very well made. Academic helpers like workshops, seminar are so pleasing.
but perhaps we are not taught that much about how to do assignments and write references.
also we were given one day's time between coming to the student accommodation and the start of classes. which I found wrong. read full review

It's an amalgamation of academics and extracurricular activities, which helps students pursue their career goals as well as have fun along the way while learning life skills.

They could start offering even more diverse collection of courses. read full review
I am so happy to join this campus as a international student.

Student support is good for academic/career services, whereas operations might not be easy to contact.

Student life is colourful, with many societies available. The university frequently organises movie nights, quizzes and events that celebrate diversity.

Facilities are decent; I enjoy using the gym and pool. The onsite cinema offers heavy discounts for students, and there are cafes for hot lunches and quick bites throughout the campus. The onsite supermarket is convenient but slightly pricier than other supermarkets in the city. There is also a GP and dentist.

Location wise, students get the best of both worlds, as the campus is in the beautiful countryside and yet the bus takes you to the city centre in about 15 minutes (plus waiting time). I heard parking is not cheap or easy though, so drivers take note. Otherwise, students do enjoy a special rate when using the bicycle sharing scheme. read full review
I loved the place whether we can talk about the university or the environment the Scottish government provide to the international students. I love how every people help the other person to solve their problem or he/she get happy with the other person's happiness.
I love one thing about the University is how they help students or provide a platform to showcase their skills and how to build some of the skills which can help them overcome real life problems.
I also love the work culture here as the volunteering in societies can also help the students to know about the some of the useful skills which they can use in the corporate culture. read full review

The best part is the availability of resources for study. The school's library is well-curated, which has been valuable in carrying out course-based research.

The not-so-good part is that the lectures are not very practical/hands-on, so I have felt sometimes like I was thrown into the deep to figure things out on my own. read full review
