The campus is lovely and lecturers are very supportive. I wish the student card made bus travels free. read full review
The best aspects of my experience at the University of Stirling include the engaging lectures and practical sessions, which make learning both interesting and effective. The study areas and library provide a great environment for focusing on coursework, and I really appreciate the interactive activities and festivals that help students connect and relax. The community food initiatives have also been beneficial and supportive, especially for international students like me.

However, one of the challenges I face is accommodation. I live quite far from the campus, so I have to walk for an hour each day to attend classes. Although bus services are available, I often walk to save money. It would be helpful if more affordable on-campus or nearby accommodation options were provided for international students. Additionally, offering more scholarships or financial grants would greatly support international students who face financial difficulties. read full review
Best aspects:
The campus is beautiful and peaceful, with a welcoming community. Staff are supportive, classes are well organised, and there are plenty of sports and cultural activities that make student life enjoyable.
Could be improved:
The weather can be challenging at times, and it would be great to have more equipment for Pilates classes. read full review
The views are stunning! It is such a refreshing aspect of the Student life. All the staff members are also very friendly and accommodating. I like that they have a sustainability aspect through spaces like the Blue and Green space and the different initiative that they have. I like that there is the chaplaincy which provides space for people from different backgrounds to meet and make friends. I appreciate the weekly emails they provide which are a great source of information for what to look out for and different opportunities. read full review

Good elements

Location and aesthetic - it's a beautiful campus, and, if you like sports, it's great.
Some module lecturers are very supportive, knowledgeable and clear communicators
Some good students in cohort who are keen to learn and develop

Less-Good

Some of the timetabling is poorly planned: Mondays, for example, 0900-1100 then a long break until 1700-1800.
Remote access is not available for practical labs - I live around 60 miles from campus and the drive in can be a little tricky
