International business

BIRKBECK, UNIVERSITY OF LONDON

Student Reviewer - February 2015

Overall it has been interesting and stimulating here even if sometimes quite elementary. The course is really focused on the subject and delivered by very good professors in the subject. Personally I don't have any direct experience with the student union but other people seem quite happy with it. read full review

I think Birkbeck University is a great place to study. The seminars are particularly good. I love London as I love shopping, the museums and festivals. The support here is great with IT services, the library support and counselling to students - also the maths support too. read full review

It's a pleasant place here and great for people who are working. The passion of the lecturers is really good. I like eating out and going out in London. There is a serious lack of space to study here at Birkbeck. There are lots of support here with extra workshops, IT services and library help. Job prospects are limited. read full review

It's great at Birkbeck as you can study in the evening and work during the day. Eating in London is fantastic. The university needs a common room and more recreational facilities. I am part of the Islamic, Pakistani and law societies. The student union is good but it needs to represent the students more. There is hardly any support at the university - you always need to ask. read full review

It has been excellent here at Birkbeck University. I have really enjoyed the course and the lecturers and it goes at a very good pace. Living in London and studying here is so much fun. The support is very good by the University. Considering the job market at the moment it doesn't matter about job prospects. read full review
