As UX students, we need access to a dedicated studio equipped with essential technologies such as eye-tracking tools and specialized rooms for user interviews and observation. Facilities like the gym and swimming pool are valuable, but their cost makes them less accessible to students; personally, I would use them if they were cheaper or free for students. The university bus service is also a useful facility, though I believe it would be more effective if it covered a wider area. read full review

The study area/community is conducive. It is quiet; the library is well-equipped. The lecturers are more than willing to help. It is located in a central area where it is easy to access the different university buildings and get the assistance one needs. read full review

I like the city, and the fact that campus is based all over the city with different buildings. A lot of places to study in, and the teachers in my course are great. One thing that is not as good is the old buildings, I would like a bit more modern at least in the inside, and its sometimes very cold in the classrooms, but I guess that's just the UK haha. read full review

The teaching method is more incredible than I expected. I feel like the method is more practical, and I completely understand the concept during activities and assignments. The library is like my home. Normally, i spent most of my time there. I would like to give more than 5 stars for the school facilities. read full review

The first thing which I like the most was Library as it has all books which I need. Computer to do my assessment and private chambers to read peacefully. Teacher in this university are very supportive and carry vast knowledge in their respective fields of teaching. The location where college is located is very neat and clean so anyone can comfortably roam around the campus and enjoy their college days. read full review

At times, administrative processes such as receiving responses to emails, feedback on assessments, or updates regarding academic matters can be slow. Improving communication efficiency and reducing delays would significantly enhance the student experience.

Furthermore, clearer guidance on assessment criteria and more consistent feedback across modules would be beneficial. Expanding quiet study spaces during peak academic periods and enhancing digital platform usability could also improve students’ overall academic experience.
