UNIVERSITY OF GREENWICH
Overall Rating

The Best Aspects:

As an MSc student, the industry-focused curriculum and professional expertise of the lecturers are top-tier. Studying at the historic Greenwich Campus is incredibly inspiring, and the Stockwell Street Library offers excellent, modern facilities. The diverse, international community makes networking feel global from day one.

Areas for Improvement:

The administrative response times could be faster, and expanding 24/7 library access year-round would better support postgraduate students balancing work and study.

Accommodation

The Best Aspects:

The location of Cutty Sark Halls is unbeatable for any Greenwich student. Being right above a DLR station and next to a supermarket makes daily life incredibly convenient. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, providing a great sense of security and community. It’s the perfect spot to stay if you want to be in the heart of Greenwich with everything on your doorstep.

The Worst Aspects:

Because of its central location right by the station, it can be a bit noisy at times with street traffic and trains. Additionally, while the amenities are good, the price is on the higher side compared to private rentals further out, though you are definitely paying for the convenience and safety of university-managed housing.
