University of Greenwich

I am enjoying my experience at the university of greenwich so far, made new friends, like my course and I am very happy living in London.I am definitely having a positive journey at uni.

Bar Latitute located in Greenwich it is a decent place for students, it has cheap food and drinks and pool tables for entertainment. Personally I don't go there very often because most of the times it's empty and boring.In Avery Hill there is Sparrows a bar/ mini club that is either empty or too packed.

I didn't like to live in halls on my first year, I stayed in Avery Hill and I was not impressed. It is extremely far and during weekends we don't have the uni bus to take us to greenwich, which makes it more expensive to live there. In general the accommodation in avery hill is bad, I didn't like the environment or the facilities.

The university facilities are amazing! The buildings are beautiful and historical with a great view to Canary Wharf. The classrooms are big enough, with all modern electrical equipment. The library was recently changed and now is situated at the Stockwell street. It is enormous and modern but needs improvements because it doesn't have enough computers for students or group study areas.

The course is very interesting and practical. Allow us to explore our own ideas which is great.

I love greenwich and the energetic lifestyle that we can have in London. My favourite thing to do is to explore the city.

Due to our university high statistic of employability and support in job applications I think it won't be difficult to find a job.

Our university offers a lot of support. It provides personal tutors; employability help for job applications, cv clinics, interviews, etc; and it has a student center to take care of our financial or other problems.
