MSc Marketing Analytics

UNIVERSITY OF STIRLING
Overall Rating

Best Points:

Of-course the beauty of campus that sets against the breath taking backdrop of the scottish highlands with the campus offering an energising atmosphere for learning. The institution indeed itself holds a solid reputation for producing graduates who meet rigorous academic requirements and who wants to excel in a wide range of subjects, including marketing analytics which is my course and i am so happy taking this course here, also you dont feel homesick as stirling pretty much draws a multicultural population of students from throughout the world, promoting cross-cultural study to a whole new level. I mean I have a course group of 6 members and we all are from different countries. There you go, cultural diversity at its highest.

Worst points:

Understanding the campus and finding your class is very similar to cracking an algebra problem in everyday maths. The corridors are literally like a maze where you just have to look on your phone, cross check with every class door number to find your right way. I have seen majority of students bumping into each other. GOSH! Next, Wifi which is so amazing that it never works when you need it. Big Bump there! I have seen majority of universities giving students discount specially on food items but trust me a tiny Nisa store in the campus, i mean that is cool but if talking about in pounds not that cool definately! It can be quite hefty on your pockets to get your everyday meal from there, also the apparels itself are very costly, I wish to buy myself a stirling American letter hoodie but its 30 pounds so I just prefer walking away from outside the store everyday that ill buy it one day when got an extra cash to gamble with. Outside stirling can be relatively quiet, specifically during weekends and holidays, which may not suit those looking for a raging city life.

In conclusion, even stirling may have its quiet moments and a tiny dull atmosphere, but still it is my campus, no matter however it is. I still love it here and wish to be a proud #stirgrad next year.
